At Zenarmor, we believe that cybersecurity should feel simple, not complicated. As our platform has grown, so has the way our users interact with it.
Zenconsole became the central place where teams monitored security, policies, and insights. In parallel, account and subscription tools lived in a separate interface built on the same backend platform.
As we listened to customers, one theme became clear: People loved the power of Zenconsole and wanted everything in one seamless flow.
This is the story of why we redesigned Zenconsole to bring everything together in one place, creating a unified experience that feels simpler, faster, and more connected.
Why We Unified the Experience
Rather than juggling separate views for operational tasks and account settings, users asked for a single, cohesive home where everything related to their Zenarmor experience lived together.
Our goals became clear:
- Bring all essential settings directly into Zenconsole
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across every interaction
- Create a smoother sense of continuity for daily workflows
This wasn't about correcting a flaw, it was about elevating convenience and strengthening the single-dashboard philosophy Zenconsole is known for.
Our Approach
We started by mapping the existing user flow for both environments. This helped us visualize the effort required for users to perform simple actions, such as updating their email or checking their subscription.
Once we had this baseline, we designed a new integrated "Profile & Subscription" section inside Zenconsole. Our main design principles were:
- Consistency: Reuse Zenconsole's design system components.
- Clarity: Group profile, security, and subscription details logically.
- Continuity: Keep users in the same visual and functional environment.
We also collaborated closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that the new integration didn't disrupt existing functionality.
The Design Outcome
The result is a unified and more intuitive experience. Now, users can:
- Update their profile, credentials, and contact information directly inside Zenconsole.
- Manage their subscription plans directly within the same environment.
- Use the consistent UI patterns, typography, and colors across all touchpoints.
What previously operated as two separate windows into the same platform now feels like one seamless, cohesive experience.
Reflections from the Design Process
This project created a high-impact improvement that simplifies the daily experience. By bringing these settings into Zenconsole, we reduced friction, improved clarity, and strengthened the overall usability of the product.
